RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you love your mīere purchase as much as we love each and every piece in our collection. Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered so we recommend taking the time to ensure you have selected the correct size, colour and quantity before checking out.

 

RETURNS

For any change of mind purchases, please contact us at hello@mierethelabel.com. Return requests must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your item/s for domestic orders, and within 21 days for international orders.

Please note that a $5 administration fee applies to all return requests, which will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return of your faulty item/s has been received back at Mīere HQ, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, unless store credit is requested. All refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). Orders placed using store credit can only be refunded in store credit. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Return postage and associated costs are the responsibility of the sender. 

To be eligible for exchange, the item/s must:

  • be in their original condition, unworn/unwashed and not altered in any way
  • have all original tags and packaging intact
  • be free of stains, odour and animal hair

* Please note that sale items, including any items purchased using a discount code (sale promotional code or flash sale code) are FINAL and are not eligible for return, unless faulty or damaged.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

All items are checked for flaws or imperfections prior to dispatch. However, should you happen to receive a damaged or faulty item, we will happily offer an exchange, refund, or store credit. 

To initiate a return or exchange for a faulty item, please email your order number, details of the fault, and photographs to hello@mierethelabel.com for review. 

In the instance of a faulty or defective item, we will reimburse you for return postage costs.

Once return of your faulty item/s has been received back at mīere HQ, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered faulty or damaged.

 

EXCHANGES

If you require a different size, we will happily arrange an exchange for you. Please contact us at hello@mierethelabel.com to request your exchange. Exchange requests must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your item/s for domestic orders, and within 21 days for international orders. Return postage and cost of re-delivery for any exchanged items are the responsibility of the sender.

To be eligible for exchange, the item/s must:

  • be in their original condition, unworn/unwashed and not altered in any way
  • have all original tags and packaging intact
  • be free of stains, odour and animal hair

STORE CREDIT

Store credit must be used within 12 months from the date of issue. The total value of credit notes issued will be the original order amount, less the cost of postage. Store credit will be delivered as a unique code to enter at checkout.
